Emmy award winning journalist Kristen Mosteller is the 5:00 a.m. Weekday Morning Anchor and co-host of "San Diego Living" from 9-10:00 a.m. with Marc Bailey.

A true San Diego girl, Kristen has worked in every area of the newsroom and is thrilled to be back in her hometown!

A graduate of Santa Fe Christian High School and Southern Methodist University, Kristen began her career as a Producer/Writer in San Diego. Her passion for news then took her to Temecula where she worked as the Morning Anchor/Producer at KZSW.

Kristen's next jump took her to the mountains, where she worked as the Weekday Evening Anchor/Producer at KCWY, the NBC affiliate in Casper, Wyoming. There, Kristen was honored by the Wyoming Association of Broadcasters as the "Best News Reporter" in 2008 and 2009.

Kristen then headed south to WSPA, the CBS affiliate in Greenville, South Carolina, where she worked as the Weekend Anchor/Weekday Reporter. Her work was recognized with an Emmy in 2011.

In her free time, Kristen enjoys spending time with her family, especially her self-proclaimed "Biggest Fan", her Dad, playing tennis, watching sports and spoiling her black lab, Brownie. Kristen is also an advocate for "Labrador and Friends Rescue Group" in San Diego and is passionate about animals.
